As the year comes to an end, I am pleased to report all planned projects have been completed and the profit centers have achieved budget projections. We have one major project to complete before the year is over; road maintenance (slurry seal) of the resort roads and parking areas; always a dreaded project because of the inconvenience to our guests, however, necessary to prolong the life of the asphalt.
Looking Forward to 2011… We will complete routine villa replacements including carpet, floor tile, appliances and mattresses. In addition, planned projects for 2011 include B villa renovation (B26-B50); replacement of the pool umbrellas, various improvements to the common areas and the replacement of the lobby cooling system.
