General Manager Update:
SCR Improvements Completed in 2005-2006: The completion of B villa
renovations, replacement of all A villa bath fixtures, upgrade queen
mattresses to king mattresses in D villas, Lobby refresh, Dining room
refresh, and a resurface of the racquet ball court. These are a few
of the highlights for this past year, in addition we have scheduled
routine expenditures including carpet and appliance replacement, roof
maintenance, counter tops and safety rails during 2006. If you would
